Who we are
Ready Set Green is a property-buying company. We contact property owners about the potential purchase of their own property. You can reach us at olivier.roy@quorus.app or at https://quorus.app.
The text message program
How to opt in to text messages. Text the word GREEN to (407) 557-4354 from the mobile number you want us to message. That text is the opt-in — we never message a number that has not messaged us first. Consent must be given in writing, by that text message. If one of our agents tells you the keyword during a phone call about your property, that call is not the opt-in and we do not record consent from it — nothing is ever sent unless you then text us yourself. There is no web form and no purchased list. Approximately 2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, Reply HELP for help.
On a phone this opens your messaging app with the word GREEN ready to send. Texting from any other number will not opt that number in.

- Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL or END. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Opting out on one of our lists opts you out on every list and every channel we operate.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
For the text message program we collect the mobile number you text us from, the message you sent, and the date and time we received it — that inbound text is the record of your consent. If we have also spoken to you by phone, we hold your name and the property address we discussed. Calls are recorded where we tell you they are recorded, and in two-party-consent states only after we have told you and you have stayed on the line. That is consent to record a call, and it is never treated as consent to send text messages — only your inbound text can do that.
We use this information for one purpose: to talk to you about buying your property. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share your phone number with any third party for marketing purposes.
Property owner names and addresses used to make the initial phone call come from public county property records and public assessor rolls.
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email olivier.roy@quorus.app. We honour deletion requests except where we must keep a record of your opt-out, which we keep precisely so that you are never contacted again.
Terms of the messaging service
By texting GREEN to (407) 557-4354 you agree to receive the messages described above from Ready Set Green at the mobile number you texted from. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any offer we may make on your property. You represent that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you text from, or are authorised to give consent for it. We may end the program at any time.
